The Booking Process
- Please fill in the enquiry form or booking form and check for availability.
- You
will then receive a status check email confirming the dates requested
or with alternative options.
- To proceed with the reservation, please
email your confirmation or fill in the booking form with chosen payment
options.
- Upon receipt of payment you will be issued with two rental
contracts – one
copy for you and one for us.
- You will then sign the copy contract
and send by return email, fax or postal address indicated on the
rental contract.
- Six weeks prior to the holiday booking the full
balance of payment is due together with the security deposit cheque.
This cheque
is not cashed and
is returned or destroyed after your apartment/ chalet is
checked.
- The booking process is now complete

Payment Options
Deposit payment
To reserve the holiday booking a 25%
deposit payment is required or alternatively
the payment can be made in full in
advance.

Balance of payment
The remaining payment is due 6 weeks prior to the start
of the holiday booking.

Security Deposit Cheque
A security deposit cheque is required at the start of your
holiday to safeguard against any damages to the apartment
or chalet during
your stay. Small
breakages can be paid for on site, e.g. wine glasses, plates
etc. Please see Charge list of breakages.
This security cheque is not cashed and is returned by post
or destroyed at the end of your stay, once the apartment
has been
checked. If there is unreported damage in your accommodation
you will firstly receive a written notice outlining the
payment
options.
